基本信息

同济大学长聘特聘教授,博士生导师;曾任测绘与地理信息学院院长,现任党委教师工作部部长、人事处处长、人才办主任。国家高层次青年海外引进人才、优秀青年科学基金获得者、国家杰出青年科学基金获得者、上海市优秀青年学术带头人、上海市曙光计划入选者、教育部霍英东青年科学家奖、夏坚白测绘事业创业与科技创新奖、宝钢优秀教师奖。从事卫星精密定位与导航位置服务的理论及创新技术研究, 包括混合整数GNSS模型与数据融合共性基础理论、GNSS精密定位新技术、低轨增强GNSS精密定轨与空间环境感知、多传感器融合综合PNT及其创新应用系统研发。担任国际大地测量协会理论委员会(IAG-ICCT)委员(亚洲唯一),国际大地测量协会(ICC-JSG5.3)工作组组长,“十四五”国家重点研发计划专项“对地观测与导航”总体专家组成员,中国测绘学会大地测量与导航专业委员会副主任委员,中国卫星导航定位协会科技委员会委员,中国卫星导航定位协会第五届理事会"教育与发展专业委员会"副主任委员, 第七届“全国交通工程测量学术研究会”副主任委员,上海市地理信息产业协会副理事长。国际期刊Journal of Geodesy、Satellite Navigation以及国内期刊《导航定位学报》、《武汉大学学报-信息科学版》等编委;主持国家自然科学基金及重大工程应用项目40余项。发表论文200余篇,其中SCI检索120余篇,EI检索50余篇,Google学术引用5300余次,H10指数122, H指数42; 入选全球2%顶尖科学家榜单(2020-2023)、Elsevier中国高被引学者(2021-2023)。授权发明专利20余项、软件著作权12项。获美国ION优秀论文奖、上海市优秀博士论文奖、全国百篇优秀博士论文提名奖、上海市科技进步奖一等奖(排名1)、卫星导航定位科技进步奖一等奖(排名1)、测绘科技进步奖一等奖(排名2)、测绘科技进步奖二等奖(排名1)、上海市科技进步二等奖(排名2)、全国青年岗位能手、上海十大杰出青年岗位能手、上海市教卫工作党委系统优秀共产党员等奖励及荣誉30余次, 受邀国内外学术报告100余次.
